A Mother’s Healing: A Journey Back to Nature

Writer: Rashmi KathariRashmi Kathari

In 2013, I faced another life-altering challenge. My mother, who had been battling high blood pressure and heart issues for over 20 years, suffered a heart attack. The doctors recommended inserting a stent immediately, but I couldn’t understand—why had years of medication not prevented this? Why was her condition worsening despite following everything the medical system had prescribed?

Something within me told me to stop and trust my instincts. I decided to bring her home and seek an alternative. By divine grace, I met Guru Arun Sharma, who introduced me to the power of nature cure. He showed me how healing could happen when we realigned ourselves with the five elements—earth, air, fire, water, and space. Through sunbathing, wind baths, healing foods, and simplicity, my mother’s health transformed. Slowly, she stopped all medications, and her body began to heal itself. Watching her regain her vitality was nothing short of a miracle.

It was then that I realized the true power of nature—the ability to heal, nurture, and restore balance when we surrender to its rhythm. This revelation planted the seed for Virupaksha Niramayata—a space where people could reconnect with nature and rediscover their own healing power.
