1. Delivery of Digital Goods and Services

For digital products, such as e-cards, event ti

ckets, certificates, or donation receipts, delivery will be done electronically via email or downloadable links.

Processing Time for Digital Goods: Once the transaction is completed, digital goods will be delivered within 1-2 business days.
Email Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with all relevant details or links to download the digital items.

2. Event Materials and Certificates

If you have made a donation to support a specific event or initiative, or if you have registered for an event, any materials or certificates will be sent to you digitally. These will be delivered based on the event timeline or your registration details.

Event Materials: These will be sent via email or made available for download, typically 2-3 days before the event or within the time frame specified during registration.

3. Non-Physical Goods (Donations, Fundraisers, and Contributions)

Donations made to the Foundation are processed as financial contributions and do not require physical delivery. You will receive an email receipt acknowledging your donation, which serves as proof for tax and record-keeping purposes.

Donation Receipts: Donation receipts will be sent to the email address provided during the donation process.

4. Order Confirmation

After completing your transaction, you will receive an email confirmation of your donation, registration, or purchase. If you do not receive the confirmation within 1 business day, please contact us.
